Why is the convex mold called convex mold, concave mold called concave mold. Because a set of mold is divided into upper mold and lower mold, according to the different installation methods of the mold, some upper mold is a convex mold, the lower mold is a concave mold, and some are concave molds. Generally speaking, the die punch is the rear die (with thimble) of this die, and the female die is the front die. The master mold, also called the front mold, also called the fixed mold, is the mold core close to the nozzle from the position installed in the injection molding machine. The positive mold, also called the back mold, also called the moving mold, it is installed on the injection molding machine can move, and the mother mold is just the opposite. The male and female molds are distinguished separately, depending on whether there is a top pinhole or a glue inlet for glue injection. The one with the glue inlet is the female mold (when the push plate is not used for the thimble), and the one with the top pinhole is the male mold. To really distinguish between a punch and a punch depends on defining a convex or concave surface. PUNCHES and dies are used for forming. The female mold is generally a mold base, which is placed under the product to be molded to prevent the product from moving. The punch is generally filled and connected with the moving punch and other things, which can reduce the weight of the movement and keep the direction of the hitting force consistent with the center line of the mold. Of course, there is also a punch on the lower die. The role of punch and die is the main part of stamping. The punch and die are processed into the required shape, and the plate to be processed on the punch is punched into the hole of the die, or leaks downward, or the top comes out of the die. The needed part is done. The function of male and female models is to play two roles. 1 is the hole is used as a concave mold, and the shape is used as a convex mold. The simplest part is the gasket, which is stamped out in one go. Correspondingly, of course, there should be a male mold and a female mold. Punching the punch, the shape of the die drops. Maybe people can make a distinction. In the mold design and production process, there will always be some small punching holes. Generally speaking, as long as the strength of the punch is sufficient and the thickness of the material above is 1.5, the stamping die can be produced. However, for the design of some small punching punches and dies, SPECIAL attention is needed. The tribe does not discuss the issue of strength here, but only looks at some commonly used methods to protect convex and concave molds. When it comes to small diameter punching, the impression given is generally smaller than that at the same time, the material thickness corresponding to a small diameter hole of 1.0mm is generally about 1.0mm. The actual situation is that for such a mold, if the guiding accuracy is not enough, such a mold will be very difficult to produce.
